Nourishing Joy is a comprehensive cooking course designed to introduce basic cooking skills, techniques and recipes to widen your cooking repertoire while incorporating nutritious alternatives to eat with joy without the feelings of guilt or fear.
In each class, we will teach you about:

Perfect for people who are:
-caregivers
-hoping to incorporate more nutrition and variety to the family's diet

Terms & Conditions:
-This is a modular system and you are free to mix and match classes you wish to learn more about (please check our calendar for class dates and timings)
-packages are transferable
-packages must be utilised within validity (1 month, 3 months and 5 months respectively)
-for domestic helpers attending this course, we will provide attendance tracking and notes for both employers and FDW
