Grow Your Own Joy
Being able to grow our own food, even just a sprig of herbs to be used for garnishing is a very joyful experience.
After all, you've grown it yourself, without the pesticides and other harmful chemicals commercially bought plants have, and you've nurtured the plant until it's ripened, harvesting it when it is readily full of nutrients, and eating it fresh.
Whether you're growing just a small pot of decorative plant or a whole backyard of vegetables, gardening:

- improves immunity
- improves well-being
- lower levels of anxiety
- raises job satisfaction
Our workshops are held either at our Healing Farm or at our partners' spaces.
