In this cooking class "Healing Broths", you will learn about the importance of broths and their myriad uses.
Many people don't get enough nutrients in their diet, so drinking broths is an easy way to get more. This is perfect for people with little appetite when they're feeling unwell, or simply for days when they just want something light. Great for adults and children alike.
Due to the ways broths are cooked, broths are actually rich sources of minerals, amino acids and essential fatty acids.
The broths we will focus on are:
(1) Healing Vietnamese Chicken Bone Broth
(2) Healing Turmeric Broth
(3) Mineral-rich Japanese Dashi
