Did you know that eggs are the ideal whole food? 

Each egg alone contains 7 grams of high-quality protein, 5 grams of fat, 1.6 grams of saturad fat, iron, vitamins, minerals and carotenoids. The egg is also a powerhouse of disease-fighting nutrients like lutein and zeaxanthin. 

Lecithin, found inside only the yolk is responsible for sweeping away cholesterol deposits in blood vessels like a broom. Lecithin has also been proven to improve digestion by improving the mucus inside our intestines, protecting the delicate lining inside our digestive system - something especially helpful for people suffering from ulcerative colitis and Irritable Bowel Syndrome. 

In this class, we will learn more about eggs and their nutritional benefits, and learn to make eggs three ways, each representing a different culture's cuisine.
