NOODs is a mineral-rich cup of comforting and flavourful soupy noodles that is nutrient-dense, vegan and gluten-free — enhanced with mineral-rich vegetables in its seasoning powder, providing essential health benefits that traditional cup noodle options don't provide.
Our seasoning powders are free of any nasties, preservatives or MSG, and are only lightly-salted. An additional sachet of Himalayan pink salt and spring onion is added for those who prefer bolder flavours.
To recreate the authentic Kimchi flavour, we substituted the use of traditional fish sauce with sea kelp, and created the sour flavour with apple cider vinegar.
Now you can indulge in instant noodles without any of the guilt or bloat.
