Our Jiayou Chilli Blend is made simply using 5 types of chillis selected for their earthy, smokey and fruity flavours, 2 types of mushrooms for their highly umami flavours, sesame seeds and baked garlic chips for that delicious crunch and only seasoned with sea salt, coconut nectar and spices.
Make your own Jiayou chilli oil by infusing our dry blend in your preferred oil or use it in its dry form as a marinade or garnish - the possibilities are endless.

Instructions
- Scoop out desired amount of dry Jiayou Chilli blend into a heat-safe bowl or jar
- Heat up some oil in a pan until 180°C - 200°C over low to medium heat
- Pour hot oil over chilli blend, stirring constantly to allow all parts to be heated without getting burnt
- Let it cool before use or storage
