Do you feel that you're not making sound decisions fast enough?

Or do you feel you could improve your participation in important conversations by speaking more concisely, in ways that could position you in a better light?

In a fast-moving and uncertain world, clarity is not always found by thinking harder; It begins by slowing down enough to notice what you are drawn to, what you avoid, what your body quietly signals, and what feels meaningful before you can fully verbalise it.

The Clarity Practice is a 2-hour experiential psychology program by clinical psychologist-founded Mansion of Learning and healthy food maker, Super Farmers.

Stepping into the serene Super Farmers studio, participants will leave their worries at the door, and embark with Dr. Takashi Obana on a comprehensive learning journey comprising sensory observation, attention sharpening, intuition listening and inner signal translation, leading to clearer everyday decisions. Participants will then put into practice their newfound knowledge at a Tea Blending workshop facilitated by Cynthea of Super Farmers.

Dr Takashi Obana, Clinical Psychologist and Founder of Mansion of Listening, will then guide participants in making sense of the experience through accessible psychology ideas. Drawing from Phenomenology, Focusing, and Jungian symbolism, he will help participants connect their tea choices and bodily responses with their psychological needs.

This is not a therapy session, diagnosis, or personality reading. Instead, it is a reflective and educational experience that uses tea as a safe and concrete bridge to explore attention, intuition, and self-awareness.

Participants will learn a simple reflection map:
Choice → Body Signal → Possible Need → Meaning → Micro-action

Participants will get to bring home their own tea blends, a reflection booklet, notes by Mansion of Listening, a clearer language for their inner signals, and one small practical action they can bring into daily life.

About our guest facilitator

Dr Takashi Obana (
Clinical Psychologist | Researcher | Founder, Mansion of
Listening)

Dr Takashi Obana is a clinical psychologist, researcher, and founder of Mansion of
Listening, a Singapore-based counselling practice.

He holds a PhD in Experimental Psychology from the National University of
Singapore, a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Sophia University, and
a Master’s degree in Existential-Phenomenological Psychology from Seattle
University. He is also a Japan-certified Clinical Psychologist and a full member of the
Singapore Psychological Society.

Dr Obana’s background brings together two rare but complementary worlds: rigorous
laboratory research and depth-oriented clinical practice. As an experimental
psychologist, he has studied human attention in controlled lab settings, giving him a
precise understanding of how attention works beyond everyday buzzwords. His
research has also explored flow state, or peak experience — an effortless, highly
focused state often described as an optimal attentional state — and he has
published academic papers in this area.

Clinically, Dr Obana draws from counselling psychology, phenomenology, humanistic
psychology, and Jungian ideas. His work pays close attention to lived experience,
bodily felt sense, symbolic meaning, and the subtle ways people come to understand
themselves.

At Mansion of Listening, he supports clients in slowing down, listening inward, and
reconnecting with parts of the self that may have been overlooked in the pressure of
everyday life. In this collaboration with Super Farmers, he helps participants make
sense of their tea-blending experience through accessible psychological reflection,
connecting attention, observation, intuition, and small practical actions for daily life.
