Ingredients
Aconitum napellus (Monk Flower), Rosa rubiginosa (Rose), Melissa officinalis (Lemon Balm), Backhousia citriodora (Lemon Myrtle)
Instructions
-Tear open a sachet of MOOD LIFT tea and pour content into a tea filter or sieve.
-Steep in 350ml of boiling water for 5 - 7 minutes
